Shipping is based on weight we ship most orders UPS. If you prefer another carrier please contact us for rates.
Most items are shipped within one to two weeks. Some items are shipped directly from the manufactorer and require additional processing time we are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We offer FREE size exchanges on regular priced merchandise. However, we do ask that you measure or ask us if you are unsure of a size to avoid the need to exchange. All manufacturers use different size charts, so please read ther chart for each item. WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS. International orders or orders already exchanged once will be charged a minimum of $5 for shipping. Carriers, beds and other oversized items with measurements listed are not considered free size exchanges. SEASONAL , SALE, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
If you need to exchange an item for size send it to the return address on the package with the invoice or a copy of the order. Clearly print the item you would like in exchange. Only items that are in perfect condition, unworn , in thier original package with tags attached will be accepted, No refunds will be given unless an item is defective.

Whats my Pet's size?
All pets come in many different shapes and sizes, it is very difficult for us to determine you pets size based on breed and weight. Merchandise manufactored by different designers the sizes will vary from designer to designer. Please measure your pet, once you have the measurments of your pet purchase items based on the measurements.
For Beds, we don't like sleeping cramped ourselves so niether would your pet. Measure your pet lying down and add 8 to 10 inches to that to determine the length.
Pet Carriers, we suggest the same taking the measurements of your pet and make your decision on the measurments of your pet and the deminsions of the bag , Also be aware of the weight capacity guideline each bag varys.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do not sell any of our products wholesale. We are a retailer of high end pet products.
